Bi Plus + Africa treats visibility as a choice, not an obligation. A story should not become public simply because it was submitted.
Contributors should be able to choose how their work is named, where it can appear, what media can be shared, and whether publication is public, community-only, or private.
The production archive will attach consent and withdrawal preferences to each contribution and provide a process for changing or withdrawing publication.
Private submissions and unpublished media should remain inaccessible to the public. The project will use private storage and controlled review access before the contribution portal opens.
Visibility is not exposure. Be seen. Stay safe.
